30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your sweater. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your sweater arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the design or size you ordered, email us at support@trendingwear.store with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind or the fit is not right

Each sweater is printed just for you, so please check our size chart before ordering. If the fit is still not right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly help with an exchange or refund. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and we will send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancellations

Because every sweater is made to order, we can cancel or change an order only within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible.
